• If requested, we can assist our clients on staff appraisal done by independent professionals to provide our clients with impartial facts on the abilities and performance of their staff.

• We assist our clients and recruits with training and development, teaming them with Maldivian and foreign trainers and training institutes, which are affiliated to us (details will be provided on request).

• We assist recruits to relocate themselves and get adjusted to their new work environments (both psychologically and physically), by providing them relevant information on the work environment, and tips to handle themselves.
